I will never go back to Chapman again I also bought my car from Chapman and less than a year later it cost me $1500. to pass inspection, had to buy a new battery while traveling 200 miles I also bought my car from Chapman and less than a year later it cost me $1500. to pass inspection, had to buy a new battery while traveling 200 miles away from home, during the winter found out the rear defog did not work. The kicker was trying to get them to fix my air conditioning. They had my car 2 days (I did not get the temp car they promised me and had to inconvenience family to get to work and home for those days). When I picked it up I tried the air and it was still coming out hot. After 2 days of them working on it. Did no one bother to test it?? So they looked at it again (had to wait around for about an hour) and said it was fixed, they had put too much Freon in the system. Got in, it worked, cool. Went to go to work the next day and it worked at first then got hot again. Took it back, still did not have the promised temp car for me. This time they told me the compressor was shot and I needed a new one. Another $1500. please. I told them I could not afford that and just give me my car back. Then they tried to give me a bill for the diagnostic, $169.00! Really!? No. So I was telling my friend what happened and he recommended I take it to his mechanic he had been using for years. This wonderful man fixed my air conditioner and charged me $65.00. There was double the amount of Freon in the system than there should have been, AGAIN. The compressor was fine, did not need to be replaced. The air has worked fine ever since. Now all that said, the one shining light in this whole mess was Gary Fields, the Fixed Operations Director. If it was not for Gary this whole situation would have been much worse, if you can imagine that. HE cares about good customer service. HE wanted me to have a happy customer experience. I cannot say enough good things about him and his excellent customer-oriented service. I thank him for saving what was left of my faith in mankind. More

Brian Brooks Rocks I went into Chapman Ford Saturday with hopes of refinancing my 2018 Ford Fusion. I got there around 2 and was only there for a little over an hour, wh I went into Chapman Ford Saturday with hopes of refinancing my 2018 Ford Fusion. I got there around 2 and was only there for a little over an hour, which was amazing. Brian was very knowledgeable and filled me in on everything that was going on and pulled every string to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
