I was not please with the time my vehicle was in the shop, My explorer was in there 2 weeks. I was told that the warranty company had to send A inspector to check the claim and until then, I had to wait shop, My explorer was in there 2 weeks. This was A expensive visit for this vehicle. The service writer was A average dealer service guy, generic explanations for the delays and issues.
