Service It is hard to establish relationships with people either in service or sales due to high employee turnover. I have been with this dealer for over 7 years and have yet to deal with the same person twice.In addition I was up charged 15 dollars for tire rotation which I was not informed would be taking place. I then explained to the service writer that I had not authorized that service and did not bring that much money with me. Julio then stated he was not going to squabble over $15.00 and took the charge off the bill. I was not squabbling but also was not asked nor informed that that service was being provided. More

will avoid this dealer going forward I've used this dealer before. Took the car in for PA state inspection in 2020. Car has the same damage to the front bumper as it did in 2016. In 20 I've used this dealer before. Took the car in for PA state inspection in 2020. Car has the same damage to the front bumper as it did in 2016. In 2016, the dealer passed my vehicle and provided a cost estimate to repair the bumper. Car also passed PA state inspection using another VW dealer in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Decided to go back to Chapman due to close proximity to work, but this year, they wouldn't pass the vehicle due to the bumper damage. Was told "inspector discretion". Was given a $5500 estimate to repair, (was $2800 on the estimate from 2016). Was told by the person who prepared the estimate that another inspector on another day would likely pass it. Yeah - dealer wants the $5500 to repair it. Obviously. Not a fan of being taken advantage of, so this review should serve to give insight as to the mindset of this dealership. Needless to say, took my car to my usual VW dealer and they passed it no problem. Will not return to Chapman. More
