Communication Overall I like the dealership. However, the communication really needs to be worked on. I have know Idea if my car has been picked up i have no idea i Overall I like the dealership. In general I have absolutely NOOOOOOOO idea what has happened with my car since it's been at your ship since the 15th. I call leave message i send texts messages and none of my message are returned. So at this point i'm NOT happy with my experience. More

Was told car would be done after lunch, around 1. Texted guy at 2:10pm, was told waiting on keys from service tech. It’s now 3:50pm and I call and told car is ready. How about some communication and let cus guy at 2:10pm, was told waiting on keys from service tech. It’s now 3:50pm and I call and told car is ready. How about some communication and let customer know we’re running late? So thanks for making miss a dinner reservation in town, cause I couldn’t guarantee I’d be there by 7:30 pm before closing.
