Customer service or lack thereof I was extremely displeased with how I was treated when I dropped off my vehicle and when it was picked up. You are looked at then looked away. Upon picking up my vehicle the same thing happened while one person talked about Pep Boys and the other ate a sandwich. Even the cashier said my complaints were nothing new. I received a text from someone named Roy Fernandez asking me how was my service. I responded negatively and received no response back. My two month old issue is still not resolved I keep getting the same dtc codes that points to the original problem (bad control throttle), I keep getting suggestions, that keep costing me additio I keep getting the same dtc codes that points to the original problem (bad control throttle), I keep getting suggestions, that keep costing me additional money. After it was suggested removing my after market audio sysem would resolve the issue. I still have the issue, even after removing the after market audio from the cars electrical system. My after market audio system is over five years old. If the issue can;t be resolved, please refund my payment, so I can go somewhere else. The support I am getting is totally unexceptable, Nobody has suggested replaceing the control throttle. At this point, the only thing that would make me happy, is to refund my payment, so I can take my business somewhere else. I am VERY UN-HAPPY with Chapman Ford service department. More
