AWFUL This was the worst experience ever! They had my car for almost a month and a half and it was like pulling teeth getting any answers of what was going This was the worst experience ever! They had my car for almost a month and a half and it was like pulling teeth getting any answers of what was going on with my car. It went from we can’t find anything to needing parts for a transmission to my transmission needing to be rebuilt and no one could figure out what was going on. I tried calling the service manager and general manager multiple times and of course no one returned my phone calls back. I would never ever go back to Chapman EVER again! More
