Chapman Ford is the worst Ford dealerships! I’ve used Chapman Ford 2 times and I will never use them again! The service was terrible and the service manager even worse! Chapman goes the extra mile! Unfortunately our family car had to have its transmission replaced. Worse than the expense of this, we were to go out of town. Parts were ordered ASAP Unfortunately our family car had to have its transmission replaced. Worse than the expense of this, we were to go out of town. Parts were ordered ASAP and the work was completed well before we had to meet our plane. KUDOS to Corey and his amazing team! More

Very unhappy with the VW Service Advisor/ Behavior Received a text message from - VW Gary Fields at Chapman Ford VW 4/15/19 (8:02am), reaching out to see how his team treated me, here was my response t Received a text message from - VW Gary Fields at Chapman Ford VW 4/15/19 (8:02am), reaching out to see how his team treated me, here was my response to him via text message: Unfortunately, I was greeted by James Melnick/VW Service Advisor he thought I was a man because I had a black cap on my head with long black hair. However, when he looked at my face he said, "What brings you in today?" My response to him, you thought I was a man, his response you had a cap on. Unacceptable, he chose not to correct himself. I brought it to his attention again to check my car in and to sign the paperwork he refused to correct himself, because I brought it up again. Finally, when my car was serviced, he asked me how was his service will I give him a 5 point on the survey? I said after you call me a man. He said can I bribe you for the 5 points? I said no, that not right. He gave me his business card and wrote "Free oil change next visit " he sign his name. I told him I will hold him to his word. The point is he should have immediately corrected himself. That's all was needed. Thank you for reaching out. Then I received a telephone call at 11:14am and James Melnick left a message apologizing, Then I reached back out to him to listen, I accepted his apologies, however, it should have been immediately corrected. More

Great service but Not too happy with the price . I paid nearly $200 in diagnostics to replace a dead battery. So when it's all set and done i paid over $300 for a battery that cost $129. Most all o . Great service and great people however these diagnostic prices are a little hard swallow. More
