Well your technicians need to make sure they CHECK their records before they tell a customer they need an alignment. The Chapman Ford dealership sucks. I brought my car in for service on August 14, and after keeping the car for a week while rental car expenses were ticking away, the car had to be tow I brought my car in for service on August 14, and after keeping the car for a week while rental car expenses were ticking away, the car had to be towed to a REAL repair shop. The service department just didn't want to work on the car, because a rodent got into the engine, which is becoming a more commonplace problem because companies like Ford are manufacturing wiring harnesses with SOY, which attracts vermin. If they didn't want to work on my car, they should have said so on DAY 1, so that I could have my car repaired and back to me sooner. My car is now at CALIBER, and they are a fine repair agency, recommended by my insurance company and me. Don't wait a week like I did for Chapman Ford to tell you they are not going to work on your car. They are a disgusting example of a NO SERVICE 'service' organization. More
