I would like to give a big shout out to Rosi Williams in Service. I had my unit at another dealership with transmission issues where it sat for 8 days without anyone looking at it. She was a joy to work with on my repair. She got my truck in looked at and repaired in a matter of days. She was polite, professional and very easy to deal with. She kept me updated and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. My truck was repaired and cleaned and looked like it was showroom ready when we picked it up. I cannot thank Rosi enough for her great work and care that she showed me as an out of town customer. Being a Fleet Manager, I have dealt with many Service Departments in my 20+ year career. Coming back from Flagstaff two weeks ago I experienced the dreaded "death wobble" on my 2019 F250. As Chapman is close to my work I decided that I would call them to see what they could do for me. Called on a Monday and they offered to get me in that afternoon but I decided to wait until Tuesday morning. I dropped it off, they dropped me off at work, and I picked it up that afternoon. Ran it back up last weekend to make sure it was good to go and it is. Extremely satisfied with the work they did as well as how quickly they were able to get me in and get it completed. They also noticed that my batteries were leaking and replaced them under warranty at the same time. They have certainly earned my business from here on out. Honest this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Dedrick spent basically his whole workday with us driving and than re-driving Jeeps to make sure I got what I wanted.
