We dealt with LUPITA and she was the BEST. Very satisfied! We werent sure what we wanted for our college bound daughter. Stacy Ponce was a wonderful Service Advisor. I had stooped going to Chapman for my service because last time the Service Guy quoted me for cabin filter change $140.00 and for the Engine one $70 s I had stooped going to Chapman for my service because last time the Service Guy quoted me for cabin filter change $140.00 and for the Engine one $70 some Dollars.came home and told my husband. He looked at the engine one and First of all it didn't even needed to be change and Second; we quoted other places and find out that the quotes given to my at Honda was a total rip Off. In this last visit with Stacy it confirmed again. she advice me to change the cabin filter for $44.00 dollars. I thought wow. this guy really wanted to rip me off. She was very efficient in advice me in the overall maintenance of my car and explained the importance of it in full detail. I would definitely go again, But Only with her there. More
