Routine Service I took my 2016 Honda Accord in for a routine service. I was met immediately in the Express Lane by a young lady who then called a service writer on he I took my 2016 Honda Accord in for a routine service. I was met immediately in the Express Lane by a young lady who then called a service writer on her radio. The service writer responded promptly and wrote up a ticket. He told me that my car would be ready in about 45 minutes. He came in to the waiting area and showed me the cabin air filter that needed to be replaced. I gave him approval. 10 minutes later my car was ready to go. I highly recommend this dealership. The Sales staff and the Service Department are top notch. More

Very Poor Customer Service--guess appointments mean Nothing! Saw a used Honda Odessey on Carfax that we liked so sent this dealer a response on Sunday evening asking if it was still available. On Monday, got a Saw a used Honda Odessey on Carfax that we liked so sent this dealer a response on Sunday evening asking if it was still available. On Monday, got a reply from Chapman's Internet Sales Mgr, Isaac De La Torre, that it was available & to let him know if we wanted to visit to see it. We called him back promptly & asked when we could see it as we were very interested in buying this vehicle even though it was 1 & 1/2 hr drive from our home. We asked if we could request appointment to see/test drive the car Wednesday & he said that he is "Off Work" on Wed. We then agreed on a Thursday @ 1 pm appointment. We asked "are you sure that it will still be available on Thursday" & his response was "Yes". At 8:20 am on Thursday, we received phone call from Isaac De La Torre informing us that the Honda van that we had appt. to see & were very interested in buying had been sold earlier that week, even though Isacc told us to wait until Thursday to see it. We could have gone there earlier in the week, but as Isaac instructed us, NOT to come until Thursday. We discussed our displeasure with the situation with Isaac & J.C., another sales mgr, & requested a conversation with either the V.P. or Chapman's Honda General Mgr. We were told neither were present, but they would pass on this info & we could expect a phone call. To date, have not heard from back from them or anyone else. So buyer beware: Appointments with this dealership mean NOTHING!!! More

Always finds a way to go beyond our expectations! She puts the customer first and understands any situation you might be in. We bought our second car from this dealership and both times have gone with Lupita. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a great car sales agent thats not pushy and puts themselves in your shoes she is the one! Very satisfied and positive experience both times we bought cars from her. More

I am looking forward to the day which is coming soon, when I can order a new vehicle online from American Honda Motor Co., and then have it shipped directly to my house. After this experience, I am more than ready for a world without car salespeople. I have had enough of this sort of nonsense from car dealerships, although certainly Chapman Honda of Tucson has been the worst of the worst. Doing business as they do is completely inexcusable. More
