Excellent Experience We purchased a Honda Pilot from Chapman Honda after visiting couple of Honda dealers in Phoenix. Although the end we did not trade in any vehicle for We purchased a Honda Pilot from Chapman Honda after visiting couple of Honda dealers in Phoenix. Although the end we did not trade in any vehicle for this particular purchase they made a reasonable offer compared to trade in value we were offered at a dealerships in Phoenix. Those trade in offers at Honda dealers in Phoenix were an insult to one's intelligence especially in this day and age when people have access to information online. We worked with Eric Rodriguez. From the beginning he was courteous and friendly. He was listening to what we needed and looking for rather than selling us what was available on the lot. He ordered the proper model for us. He explained how to operate various functions and options on the car. Our financing also was smooth and we were not forced into purchasing warranties and other things we did not need. The customer waiting area was new, clean, and most of all they had the TV turned down really low. ( I hate going to other dealers and have that TV blasting.)
