Lousy Car I have had 2 batteries replaced within 13 months and need a jump everytime.My bluetooth has not worked in 10months as it keeps connecting,disconnectin I have had 2 batteries replaced within 13 months and need a jump everytime.My bluetooth has not worked in 10months as it keeps connecting,disconnecting and then connecting during a phone call which is dropped. I got the car NEW and have had it only 15months. and am frustrated for having to go thru these problems and not getting them fixed by the Dealer. More

Nate explained our options to us, but did not pressure us into getting extras that we were not interested in. This was probably the best part of my purchasing experience at Chapman. One challenge that we ran into with our 2014 Pilot after driving it for a few days was that we discovered it had a bad battery. I am from out of town so I didn't want to drive 2 1/2 hours just to get a new battery. After a few phone calls with various representatives at Chapman, our salesperson agreed to reimburse us for the battery, which I really appreciated. There were some misunderstandings with the reimbursement receipt for the battery and it took a while to get the full price. However, we received the full reimbursement and our Pilot works great with the new battery. We love our vehicle! More
