After visiting the AutoNation Honda dealer in Tucson Auto mall with mixed feelings, we decided to go to Chapman Honda on 22nd St. We have been familiar with Toyota and its employees since 1988, so I expected some aggressive salesmen who kept writing “you win” with the OTD amount that we did not like on the offer paper. After sending a request for a new car online, Tom Reesing replied back in just minutes to give us a very attractive quote that played a very important role in purchasing our new car. No pressure to buy a new car from Chapman No pressure to buy any additional insurance, options... from Chapman We bought a new 2016 Honda Accord EX sport one day after we visited Chapman There were some issues during the transaction process but Tom and Luis solved it very quickly and professionally in a friendly manner that made us very happy. Believe me, next time when you want to buy a new Honda, go directly to Chapman Honda and see Tom or Luis. You will not be disappointed. Chapman Honda is a 5 star dealership. Scratched my car and covered it with touch up paint! Im a caregiver for a Veteran and my Mother just came down with cancer. I too my car in for an Oil change. They never walk around the car and check it before or after servicing. I park in disability and am OCD about my car. My car was dusty and I had checked it for scratches just like every morning and night. I left the Dealer (with no walk around) in a hurry because I had to pick up my mother. In the confusion of getting her off the car and settled I did not walk around the car......the next morning I saw what looked to be raised plastic or wet paint when smeared. I took it to the car wash and asked them to look at it. I was told it was a deep scratch that was covered with exactly matching paint!!!!!!! Im so busy with a parent who just has surgery and a veteran suffering from PTSD!!!!! they called about the review and said Chris or the manager would call me back.....I've never been called back. they also wont honor insurences and or policies for dents and such. said I had to call Honda! I think they should do that! More

Excellent Experience We purchased a Honda Pilot from Chapman Honda after visiting couple of Honda dealers in Phoenix. Although the end we did not trade in any vehicle for We purchased a Honda Pilot from Chapman Honda after visiting couple of Honda dealers in Phoenix. Although the end we did not trade in any vehicle for this particular purchase they made a reasonable offer compared to trade in value we were offered at a dealerships in Phoenix. Those trade in offers at Honda dealers in Phoenix were an insult to one's intelligence especially in this day and age when people have access to information online. We worked with Eric Rodriguez. From the beginning he was courteous and friendly. He was listening to what we needed and looking for rather than selling us what was available on the lot. He ordered the proper model for us. He explained how to operate various functions and options on the car. Our financing also was smooth and we were not forced into purchasing warranties and other things we did not need. He took care of all the little requests, and did a great job seeing that service of the Honda was complete. The customer waiting area was new, clean, and most of all they had the TV turned down really low. ( I hate going to other dealers and have that TV blasting.)
