I love your dealership and would recommend family and friends to buy a car from you. First off, when I entered your dealership to look at your Elantra's I was treated with such respect from Joe D. He showed me everything on the lot and in the back and it was such a pleasant experience. Then Lance came and personally talked with me about what he did at Chapman and how he would help me. This was just such a positive experience for me..right down to the signing of the papers with Marcus. No one was pushy or any of the negative things I had experienced previously when buying a vehicle. You guys are the best, and it was such a fun day for me, purchasing my Elantra. I think I was with you all for most of the day and Joe D even shared his lunch with me..What a guy he is! I just love you all and I love my Elantra and feel like you all dealt with me in such a fair way. Hat's off to everyone there. ok I am ready to do a commercial on TV for you! From the moment I entered the lot and during my previous visits for service, I was treated with the most respect and kindness I have ever experienced. Everyone was kind, courteous and respectful during my first and subsequent visits. There was never a question during my last visit regarding some minor repairs as to what would be done to keep me happy. Your employees put my interest first and took care of the problem without hesitation and never question what would be done. I wish to commend your employees, Demos Spanakis for taking initiative when there was a question about a repair on my new vehicle and your Customer Service Manager Janie Cox for ensuring the issue handled without question. I rated the quality of work as NA as I do not really know the answer to that, especially so soon after having it done. Pricing is out of Jaime's control and should not have this rating affect her performanc the answer to that, especially so soon after having it done. Pricing is out of Jaime's control and should not have this rating affect her performance. A relative just had the same service done on a Lexus for almost half of the cost. Thank goodness I had a 10% off coupon to bring down the cost a little. Even though Jaime is awesome and I would prefer to service my car at the dealership, I will probably do a little more price comparison for the work I need done in the future. More
Bought 2002 Lexus ES300. It was sold to me with a blown subwoofer. They promised to replace it for free, then for $100 and now not at all. Dealership was very prompt and courteous. My vehicle was towed in for a breakdown and was delivered late night after dealership was closed. You had my car up and running the next day. However, they missed a towed in for a breakdown and was delivered late night after dealership was closed. You had my car up and running the next day. However, they missed a slight muffler noise (like there's a leak somewhere near the engine) in the overview of the car. I wonder if it's cheaper to have the noise fixed at a muffler shop or at the dealership. More
