I had a great experience at this dealership. As soon as I arrived Steve came out to greet me and was very friendly. Steve called me to tell me Chapman had received a new Elantra touring car which I was interested in. I did not think I was going to purchase the car that day, but did, and did not feel pressured in any Elantra touring car which I was interested in. what I asked for to be done was taken care of. I also asked about the gas cap opener and was told that a little play in it was normal.The work was done in a timely manner. Norm was great. I was totally comfortable. This was my first service so I kept waiting for a "hidden charge" and was totally surprised when nothing popped up. It is obvious that he believes in the products he sells and he facilitates a process in which the customer discovers for themselves the virtues of the products he is demonstrating.
