We live all the way in Tucson and found the Mini on their website. We called to inquire about the car, Epi went out of his way to send us pictures and videos of the car. We decided to go look at it, after we got off of work at 5pm. We didn’t get up there until about 8pm. Epi was waiting for us with the car. The car was perfect and he wasn’t pushy at all. Epi and Paul were amazing to work with. They stayed late at the dealership until all of if needs were met (we didn’t leave until 10:30). Epi checked in with us often to make sure we were comfortable and happy. He even called after we purchased the car to make sure we were still happy. I would recommend this dealership over any dealership in Tucson or Phoenix. Wonderful people running a wonderful busy. You can’t find anyone better when buying a car. Go see Epi and Paul!! More

The constantly called and checked on us and to make sure they had every detail so when we came up they had everything together. We drove back from the dealership very late at night and Epi told us we needed to contact him when we get back into town just to make sure we got home safe. We bought the car and Epi took it to get washed and fill the tank up before we left. A few days after we bought it Epi called and check on us to see how we felt about the car. He is by far the best sales person we've ever met! More

Felt like I mattered to this dealership I went to Chapman Hyundai to see a used car on their lot that was supposed to be in excellent condition. With only 13,500 miles on the car, what could I went to Chapman Hyundai to see a used car on their lot that was supposed to be in excellent condition. With only 13,500 miles on the car, what could possibly be wrong with it. When I arrived, I was met by Jorge Valenzuela. He already had the car up front and washed and ready for a test drive. However, I could see even from a distance, there were some scratches and paint chips on the driver's door. Upon further checking, the scratches and paint chips were also on the passenger side. These weren't just door dings, they were very ugly scratches. I told Jorge that I wasn't going to buy a car that looked like that. He was very understanding and said he would speak with his manager. We went for a test drive and the car handled superbly, but I confirmed to Jorge that I wasn't going to buy it. We got back to the lot and he introduced me to the Sales Manager Michael Cialdella. Mike told me that the dealership would fix all the scratches. He told me that the Chapman dealership was a family dealership and that his word was his bond. With that, he offered me his hand for a handshake. I shook his hand and felt very positive about the situation. Jorge saw to it that my wife and I were well taken care of the rest of the time at the dealership. I did something that I thought I would never do...I bought the vehicle before I saw the repaired vehicle. Jorge brought the vehicle to me the next day and I was amazed at the fixes. The car looked fantastic and I was extremely happy that I had the chance to do business with Chapman Hyundai and especially Jorge Valenzuela and Michael Cialdella. I would also like to give a shout out to Elizabeth Gutierrez, in the finance office. What a bubbly personality and she made the boring job of signing all those papers actually a pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend Chapman Hyundai when you are in the market for a new or used car. More

Fabulous experience with Chapman Hyundai .........I'm fairly precise on what our needs are in a vehicle as well as the type of dealership I want to buy from.........Luke got me in the door wi .........I'm fairly precise on what our needs are in a vehicle as well as the type of dealership I want to buy from.........Luke got me in the door with test drives including satisfying my needs for a much longer test drive -great young man, Freddie dealt with my sometimes difficult demands via text when Luke was on vacation, and Mike the sales manager was very professional and calming; he really made us feel wanted..........The Santa Fe Sport Turbo we purchased is amazing- we have owned Lexus, Cadillac, Toyota, Ford, GMC, Chevolet and Nissan and I would put this SUV up at the top in quality, innovation, and ease of driving..the 4 cyl turbo has some real pep to it and is fun to drive.. the built in high tech safety features are amazing and easy to use. I really wasn't interested in a moon roof but one of the options I wanted was in an accessory package that included the moon roof- it's more like a giant skylight and really kind of a cool feature especially in the rear seats. It also has the coldest air conditioning we could find as we tested Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet and Toyota on a 115 degree day to compare. Very happy with the entire experience and I would highly recommend! More
