Internet used car purchased We saw a Ford Edge advertised on the internet. We traveled from Tucson to look at four different vehicles in the Phoenix area. After seeing three others, we went to Chapman Hyundai on Bell Road. We worked with Bill Johnson and Kevin Deporter. Bill was very nice to the whole family, great to work with, and provided some good insights. Kevin was a lot of help on the phone before we traveled to Phoenix and was very instrumental in getting our deal done. We got a great used car at a very good value (because I did a lot of comparison shopping). Our finance person (Elizabeth) was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped to complete the transaction very smoothly. With these great employees, it was a very pleasant experience working with Chapman Hyundai and I would recommend them highly. More

Review Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convin Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated! More
