BEST EXPERIENCE EVER (And I HATE care shopping) I HATE car shopping. With a passion. However, when I stumbled upon the exact car I wanted online at this dealership I messaged about it immediately an I HATE car shopping. With a passion. However, when I stumbled upon the exact car I wanted online at this dealership I messaged about it immediately and braced myself for all the wheeling and dealing that was about to take place. I dealt with Donald Williams, who replied quickly, got some initial questions out of the way to know what rebates I would qualify so he could give me his best Out the Door price. We have been shopping for a while, so we knew a good price when we saw it and I was shocked to see that we were thrilled with this FIRST (and only) quote. Of course we were still wary that there was going to be some sort of surprise cost thrown in there once they got us down to Scottsdale (from Tucson). We talked to Donald over the phone expressing our interest and he assured us this would be the price of the vehicle, we were able to do the credit app online and all we had to do was drive to Scottsdale to pick up the car. Actually, they even offered to pick me up or find a way to get the car to me, but I was too excited to get it. We arrived at the dealership and everything was so easy. Donald showed us all the cool features of the car while the finance end was doing their thing. The whole process went very smooth and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no uneasiness about surprise cost or worrying about whether or not we were getting screwed over. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
