Susan Renfrow Class Act It all started with an email that was sent to me from USAA. I was greeted by Susan Renfrow who was a delight. We went back to her little office where she gave me several options of what they had. She mentioned the Accent hatchback. There were several, but she asked me if I had a specific color. I had told her blue. She went to the lot, brought the car and said, here take it for a drive. I may have been gone a little too long, but after all was said and done, I bought the car. A great experience in under THREE hours I cannot tell you how many times I have spoken with my peers and laughed about how buying a car is an all-day experience. We advised our Hyundai sale I cannot tell you how many times I have spoken with my peers and laughed about how buying a car is an all-day experience. We advised our Hyundai sales guide Ben Knapp that we wanted to be in and out of the dealership in under three hours. This was a goal and not necessarily something we expected to be a reality. Ben MADE it happen. We use the term sales guide because we did not feel sold we felt like Ben just guided us through the process in a very efficient manner. He has spoiled us now for the car buying experience. It was fabulous. Who wouldn't want to do all the legwork from the comfort of their own home and then just come down to do a test drive and sign the paperwork. Wow! We were soooo impressed. More
