My experience with Chapman from purchase to service has been great. The salespeople Nellie and Rocco and Bob, their sales manager were so helpful. This was the first service visit for my new Challenger R/T: Oil change, tire rotation, and a recall for a power steering hose. The only negative was that the service department did not have the part necessary to complete the recall repair. Now I have to come back in to take care of that once the part is ordered and delivered. The service department should have the parts necessary to complete recall repairs in stock don't you think (?) We were helped just as soon as we pulled up in the driveway. Anthony asked what he could do to help us. We just came in for an oil change. I have been going to Chapman since purchasing a new Dodge truck in 2006. I can't begin to tell you how much I like this dealership. They treat you like family. On January 17, 2011 my 2009 Dodge RAM 1500 P/U would not start. One call to Chapman's Service Center and TONY SANTOS provided all the necessary information for me to arrange a tow thru the Chrysler Road Ser start. Within 30 minutes a tow-truck arrived to tow the vehicle to Chapmans Service Center. Considering the present work load already in process at the Service Center and the expected work required for repairs it was necessary to keep the vehicle and a Rent Car was provided by Enterprise. Again, TONY SANTOS took care of every detail and continued to maintain contact me with the following days until the necessary repairs were complete. TONY always takes the time to patiently explain the details of the repairs as well as answering any other questions to my satisfaction. This is my forth Dodge vehicle and all have been maintained exclusively by Chapman's Dodge since I returned to Las Vegas in 1985. I would like to take this time to thank the staff in the auto body department. I'm from Canada and had an incident in Montana during the Chrismas holidays. On Dec. 21st. I drove in to Las Vegas Chapmans Dodge and I explaned to Sam Gordon (Collision Manager)my situation and when i would be returning to Canada (10 Days).His staff asured me that it would be ready. This was not your tipical fender bender. Within 5 days it was done and a job well done. From door to door service with rental car to working with my insurance, Chapman Dodge you should be proud to have a staff that truly cares about the customer. Tommy More
