I’ve been going here for a few years now and for the most part have had a good experience. I say “most part” because on 3 different occasions I’ve gone in because my coolant level was low. I’m no mechanic bu part have had a good experience. I say “most part” because on 3 different occasions I’ve gone in because my coolant level was low. I’m no mechanic but I did mention “I might have a coolant leak” of course the men that topped off my coolant tried to make me feel like an idiot and say “this is normal” ha! Well I recently just went in for an oil change and Thomas was my service advisor. He was wonderful, extremely nice, and made sure all my concerns were looked into. Thomas kept me updated about my car and come to find out there was a coolant leak…very thankful for him!! I will definitely be requesting Thomas to be my service advisor moving forward!! I highly recommend for anyone to do the same!! Thanks again Thomas! More

Very easy service experience. Several items needed attention including airbag sensor. Most were under warranty. Very grateful. For some reason radio not operating correctly now.
