Although I would prefer to never have to have any service beyond the basic maintenance, my Beetle has required some extra attention. Justin is friendly, the serivce guys do a good job and the dealerhip offers a better experience than the other VW one that is actually closer to where I live in Chandler. The price is competitive with other dealers but not as good as independant service centers for VW. If I continue to have repeat issues I may have to switch to a local garage for cost efficiency. We brought the Jetta in for an oil change and to have the engine light that had been coming on intermitently checked. This happened once before and there was nothing wrong, so we weren't too worried. He ran the diagnostic, determined that it was the timing belt and that it was covered under the certified pre-owned warranty and had everything taken care of!
