I was not please with the time my vehicle was in the shop, My explorer was in there 2 weeks. I was told that the warranty company had to send A inspector to check the claim and until then, I had to wait shop, My explorer was in there 2 weeks. To make A long story short, I think the dealer could have accommodated me with A loaner or set up A rental. I spent 1700.00 plus the warranty company picked up 1300. This was A expensive visit for this vehicle. The service writer was A average dealer service guy, generic explanations for the delays and issues. I will not be returning to Chapman Ford for service ever. More
