Matt Richardson is the best! Me and my husband were looking for a new car, and saw a listing that they had for a used car on their lot. Unfortunately, they had gotten rid of the car because it didn’t meet their high standards for sale even though it was a trade in vehicle and not a Maserati. Matt asked us what our budget was, and pointed us to another (better) used car they had as a trade in. As we were negotiating the price an irate customer came in, yelling about a used car that he bought “As-Is”, and how it made an annoying noise that he wanted fixed right now. Now remember that it was 4th of July so the only people there were Matt and the financing person. Matt never lost his cool, and kindly told the man that he would have to come back the next day when the manager was there because they only fix Maserati’s at the dealership. At this point the guy started yelling, and cursing at him, but he never lost his professional composure. After he defused that situation he came back, and apologized for keeping us waiting. We were able to finalize a deal that both of us found reasonable, and have been happy with our purchase ever since! More

Fraudulent services Purchased a used Nissan GTR. I am from out of state and was informed that the car was in perfect condition. Come to find out that it was not! They pro Purchased a used Nissan GTR. They provided me the carfax but I'm pretty sure their techs had no idea what they were doing as it was loaded into the system that there weren't any issues. After getting my car shipped, the battery died two days later. The car had several exhaust leaks, and there is a defective turbo. The best part is - "they are really sorry". No offer to help remedy the situation. Only - "I wish you the best with your car". The sales Rep Matt Richardson guaranteed me that nothing was wrong but that was a complete fabrication of the truth. I learned my lesson from buying a car from out of state but good lord - a Maserati dealership hitting people with fraudulent schemes is pretty deplorable. More

Upon entering the building, I was immediately greeted by Addison Porterfield. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was not set in stone on a specific car, just wanted something used with excellent mileage but also something eye catching. Addison went through the top makes and models that fit exactly what I was looking for and eventually led me to my dream car...a 2017 Nissan Maxima! Even his sales manager, Tony Hoffman, pointed out some extra features of the car that finalized my decision. I never give reviews but how could I not when they made my car purchase experience feel like my decision versus feeling pressured to buy just anything.
