First I left 3 message and never got a call back. Went into store to make my appointment and the lady behind the counter was rude. Day of my appointment (50000 check up) It's only a oil change and rotatio into store to make my appointment and the lady behind the counter was rude. The technician couldn't tell me what the 70 dollars difference was. I several issue that have never been fixed correctly. When I pointed them out he told me he get back to me in a timely manner. My appointment was at 1.30 at 5.00 oclock I received a text saying those items aren't covered under warranty. These are items that the were supposed to fix at 30000 check up then 40000 check up and never did. Save your money and buy your next car from another dealership. The service department isn't worth crap. More
