Stellar Service Driven to My Doorstep 150 Miles Away I live in Cary, NC and had been eyeing a new Volvo since September. I checked at the local dealers in Cary and Raleigh yet could not find the perfect I live in Cary, NC and had been eyeing a new Volvo since September. I checked at the local dealers in Cary and Raleigh yet could not find the perfect car. I searched on True Car and Volvo A Plan and then searched the entire state for a red S60. I wanted to take advantage of the Holiday Special and the deadline was January 3rd. I did a request through the online tool and Jimmy Bailey got in touch with me immediately. He explained the pricing and options. Frederick Gates was then my sales consultant and he handled my inquiries, explaining the process and quelled any concern I had about not living in the Queen City to purchase a new car. He told me he would personally deliver the car to my work or home. I was able to get all of my paperwork done online, paid for part of the car with a credit card and then financed the rest. Today at 12:30 on the dot, Frederick showed up at my doorstep with my brand new red S 60. We completed the rest of the paperwork and he showed me all of the features and helped me set up Volvo on Call from the car and mobile app. Everything went smoothly and my license plates will arrive in about a month.
