Chatham Parkway Subaru

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee with the understanding that the previously identified scratches on the hood would be fixed. My wife took the Jeep to your service shop and was told that they were NOT going to f the previously identified scratches on the hood would be fixed. My wife took the Jeep to your service shop and was told that they were NOT going to fix the scratches! Wow really! Maybe Sarah spoke before she received the authorization to have the scratches fixed, none the less, she spoke and promised that they would be repaired! On that promise, I proceeded with the purchase. SUCKER! Chatham Parkway Subaru has lied and I am stuck with a damaged vehicle!!!!! Sarah was a good salesperson. But she spoke what turned out to be a bold face lie to make the sale. A service center is a very important part of any dealership and this one has failed to earn our trust. More
