I went to test drive a Subaru at Chatham Parkway SUBARU . Everyone in the dealership was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Jacob was enthusiastic and eager to please. He was helpful during the test drive and answered questions about my Subaru as best he could since he is a fairly new employee. The next day, he picked me up at my house to bring me to pick up my purchase. Unfortunately, I later discovered the mirror switch on the driver's side was not working so I must bring the car back in in a few days to have it fixed. That should have been detected by whoever inspects cars before they are offered for sale. More
