I have been checking my spam, trash and inbox folder over and over for 5 days but have not seen email from her. I learned that the visa card was already redeemed 5 days ago by her. I called to clarify the matter but I was not able to reach her, so I called the Director. Thankfully the Director assisted me to get it straightened and the concerned staff eventually called and sent the reward visa to me successfully. Overall, the experience was great. More

Mark Pandos, the finance guru, helped us get this car at a great rate and explained everything to set us up for future success. Finally, Kenny Sice, the tech genius, spent time teaching my wife and I all the cool tech features of the SUV and how to set the car up for us to drive it off the lot that evening with total confidence. The crew stayed past closing to make sure everything was perfect before we left that night. The whole experience was everything my wife and I could ask for and beyond.
