I have always been very happy with the service I receive. It took over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told the engine filter needed to be replace only to have her come back and tell me - It took over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told the engine filter needed to be replace only to have her come back and tell me - they don't have one in stock. I was told that there was something leaking but he couldn't give me an estimate until his manager came in. I didn't feel like waiting any longer. It did sound like something major but in order for me to leave my vehicle I must have a loaner. I will be calling to schedule the service and pray it goes better than this Saturday, March 5th. More
