Purchased a mini 1 year ago. It has 6K miles and now won't stay in gear. Was told when purchasing the car that if we had any issues, a loaner would be provided cost free. Of course, we call to have it towed as my wife was at a business and let them know it was our only vehicle so we would need a loaner. Service manager said the loaner was an amenity and they don't have one available. I told him it was our only vehicle. He said there wasn't anything he could do. I escalated this to Mr. Anderson and of course he's not responding. Service and dealership in general have been completely unresponsive and could care less that we have no vehicle. Will be sharing this experience with everyone. Consumers should know what to expect. More

Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Couldn’t find my car even though it was on their lot, went in for routine oil and tires and decided to have an alignment done. Was told to just drive it around. Went back and was told they couldn’t give me a loaner car even though they gave the car back with a problem. Scheduled a month out just so I could have a loaner car when I dropped it off and they couldn’t find my appointment and wanted me to wait another month out. Wouldn’t drive another Mini if someone paid me or I lived in an area where I didn’t have to take the car to Checkered Flag (next closest Mini dealer is 2 hours away). More

I got my car inspected at bmw and I went to pick up my car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact staff to provide my keys. I am rarely a difficult customer But when I am I appreciate workers like Lucious who have the ability to provide solutions when dealing with a difficult problems. & not like other judge mental staff who look the other way when they can assist! He then got a great price. Three weeks later, we had the car that we love. Will and the "BMW Genius", Corie, spent hours setting up the car's features to our tastes and letting us practice using them. Without them, we would not be capable of using the many features BMW designed into the vehicle. Great Experience! More
