We really enjoyed the no haggle pricing that your dealership offered and felt that the team members had our best interest at heart. I did find a lower price online for a lease of the same vehicle but dealership offered and felt that the team members had our best interest at heart. I did find a lower price online for a lease of the same vehicle but know that pricing varies from state to state and dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family members and am happy with the overall experience. I plan to continue purchasing my Hondas at Checkered Flag in Va Beach but will do more research on prices the next time I come. Thanks for a great experience! More

I did have some problems at the Dealership but none of them were Dennis's fault. He did work with me on the price due to my poor credit and he talked to the finance manager to get a lower price overall. them were Dennis's fault. The problems I had were that I had send them the documents in the morning that had all the pay, contact, and residence information them and they had not done anything with it when I got to the dealership for my appointment. So we had to start from scratch in filling out paperwork that could have already been done. The biggest issue that I had was that after the Finance manager and I had agreed on a final monthly payment he had me go to the girl that does all the paperwork and she tried to add the gap insurance and another warranty to the 2008 honda that still had a warranty. I had to argue with her a little bit and it pretty much irritated me. I was getting the impression that they were not going to stick to the deal that we had agreed to and so I threatened to walk out and then she backed off. I know everyone is trying to make some money, but once a deal is made that is it. She basically said it was the finance manager's fault or that he couldn't tell me about the other stuff. I didn't by that at all. I do think that even though my credit could be better they could have given me a better interest rate. I guess it was a good compromise overall, but they were pushing pretty hard. My insurance company USAA said they would refinance it for me and get me a better deal. As far as salesmen go, I would go back to see Dennis anytime. He did a great. And after the sale, one of the other salesman that were not busy helped me figure out how the Element seats worked. I do look forward to seeing the guys down there again. More

Eugene Smith gave us a wonderful "no pressure" buy at Checkered Flag. My husband and I were pleased with this, because we were upfront with Eugene and told him when the time was right we would buy. We ha Checkered Flag. My husband and I were pleased with this, because we were upfront with Eugene and told him when the time was right we would buy. We had been to other dealerships, and were getting constantly harrassed. Super Bowl Sunday we had stopped by Checkered Flag and met Eugene. We discussed several options. We told him in later weeks we would come in for a test drive. About six weeks passed, and we decided to stop and look again. Eugene came in earlier than scheduled one Saturday to help us. That day we were in awe with the new Honda Insight. He wanted us to take it home for the night to make sure it was the car we wasnted. The next day we returned preparing to buy the car, when we saw my now beautiful Civic on the showroom floor. When the normal person would have been aggravated with the change of mind, Eugene stood by our side, and told us to test drive the Civic to weigh all options. I am so happy we made the decision to go with the Civic and Checkered Flag. Keep up the good work, and best of luck in the future Eugene! More
