I have been car shopping for awhile and have looked in several dealerships. I have been disappointed with the service of many dealerships but as soon as I went into Checkered Flag Honda I could tell I wou several dealerships. I have been disappointed with the service of many dealerships but as soon as I went into Checkered Flag Honda I could tell I would be satisfied. Eugene Smith was my sales representative and was very knowledgeable and showed me around and helped me find the car that was perfect for me. The whole staff was great and if someone were looking for a car they would be make a HUGE mistake not stopping by Checkered Flag Honda. More

I would like to say that my overall buying experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Everyone there was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to help get me in a car. The overall feel of the deal from beginning to end was wonderful. Everyone there was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to help get me in a car. The overall feel of the dealership at Checkered Flag Honda is that everyone gets along well and enjoys working there and everyone there works together. Each sales person helps out the other which is great. All of the people there seem very genuine unlike your stereotypical car salesman which is what I liked. I shopped for cars for a few weeks and went to various dealerships and Checkered Flag was by far the best overall experience. They made me feel right at home right from the get go unlike their competitors. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely be back in the future. More

My wife and I bought a 2009 Pilot from Checkered Flag after going to every other dealer on the Southside. Checkered Flag met every one of my expectations in regards to price AND service that none of the after going to every other dealer on the Southside. Checkered Flag met every one of my expectations in regards to price AND service that none of the other dealers could meet. They work FAST. They had us in and out in no time which was crucial since we had our 10 month old daughter with us. I had negotiated a price with another dealer and was set to buy from them at that price. On the way to the dealer to purchase the car, I stopped by CF, just to see what they had available. (I checked online and they didn't have the color we wanted). Not only did Chad (Sales Manager) and Eugene (Sales) find the color/model we wanted, Chad beat the price I previous negotiated with the other dealer right off the bat (without even telling him the figure). During this whole process, my wife and I never felt any pressure to buy. If you hate the high pressure, gimmicky car dealerships, and I'm sure you do, stop by Checkered Flag Honda. By far, my best buying experience to date. More

Customer Service: I arranged for the purchase of a 2009 Honda Civic via the internet. Mr. Benjamin Mung'aithi was assigned as my sales person and he did an outstanding job of ensuring the car was ready fo Honda Civic via the internet. Mr. Benjamin Mung'aithi was assigned as my sales person and he did an outstanding job of ensuring the car was ready for the road and the paperwork was ready to sign. The car was waiting on me when I arrived with a full tank of gas. In and out quick, just as I requested. Ben is your man! Friendliness: Mr. Benjamin Mung'aithi is the friendliness car sales person I have ever met. I have purchased eight new vehicles and by far Ben was the friendliness. I enjoyed his rumor. Overall: Chad, the manager, was nice and seemed to care about the sale. We had to discuss the price somewhat and Chad seem to be honest and open about the issues. Both Ben and Chad did not rush me or push me out the door. The purchase was a good time, I had fun! Price: I had an on-line purchasing certificate from a different dealership that offered a very low price that other Honda dealerships in the immediate area would not touch. Checkered Flag Honda did right by me. I appreciate their efforts to get me in this Civic at such a great price. More

I went in to refinance my wife's leased car. She has had the Accord for three years and it only has thirteen thousand miles. We could not justify replacing it. After twelve years, I decided it was time to replace my '98 CRV with a new one (a 2009 Ex-L with Navigation System). I knew what features I wanted and shopped at all three local Honda dealerships. Vernon w '98 CRV with a new one (a 2009 Ex-L with Navigation System). I knew what features I wanted and shopped at all three local Honda dealerships. Vernon was by far the most helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to negotiate of all of the salespeople with whom we spoke. He was willing to go out of his way to help us find the perfect car and didn't pressure us to take a different style or color (that he had on the lot) or try to over charge us in any way. Once the car arrived, he made the purchasing process easy. He was extremely willing, able and helpful in teaching me to use the new components (the navigation and music system in particular) and had gone through all of the manuals for the car and highlighted and dog-eared the most relevant pages so the information would be easily accessible. I would highly recommend him and Checker Flag Honda to anyone. More
