Not Customer Friendly I don't have a problem with the dealership per se, however, the salesman Jeffrey was one of the worst I've ever dealt with in my car buying experien I don't have a problem with the dealership per se, however, the salesman Jeffrey was one of the worst I've ever dealt with in my car buying experience. His ability to answer the specific questions I had related to the vehicle was poor. He said that he would have to research it but never found the answer for me. Instead, he started working on financing right away rather than being thorough with the customer. Seemed "bothered", unable to relate to OR have a conversation. It felt as if he was getting paid no matter what so why have the motivation to do or say anything to complete a transaction. I was left with the impression that he wanted to hurry through and move on to the next customer. I was very surprised to see all the positive reviews and wonder if the unfavorable reviews get deleted. I work in a customer service world everyday so I don't think my expectations are too high. More
