My experience was FANTASTIC!! I worked with Ryan M. in Internet sales and set up the whole price over the phone. Ryan had Terrence Blake call me and we then worked together and I had the whole deal ready Internet sales and set up the whole price over the phone. Ryan had Terrence Blake call me and we then worked together and I had the whole deal ready except for signing paperwork done over the phone. I was able to walk into the dealership, perform a text drive, sign paperwork and walk out with a brand new Toyota Corrola in just over an hour. Absolutely fantastic! My wife and I came into the dealership looking at comparing the Rav4 to the Subaru Forrester. Terrance Blake was the associate helping us out with our choice. Your sales rep Mr. Freddie Santos was a professional in every respect "KUDOS" to him. My main peeve is to Mr. Richard G'Melin (Finance Respresentative) who did not spent a few minutes to explain all the ch every respect "KUDOS" to him. My main peeve is to Mr. Richard G'Melin (Finance Respresentative) who did not spent a few minutes to explain all the charges in detail as it should be. I left his office feeling I have been had. I called him the following day to ask for some answers and set up a meeting at 7:00pm that day he agreed but did not show up. Very unprofessional indeed. He needs some customer relation training otherwise these kind of behavior is the start of the dealership's down fall. More

Karen was a great sales lady. She was eager to help my husband and I in heat and also keep the car running with AC on so we wouldn't get over heated. In stead of walking to the cars, she drove us to the husband and I in heat and also keep the car running with AC on so we wouldn't get over heated.
