Everything was great from the time we stepped foot on to the dealership. Terrence was a doll. Couldn't have asked for better service. James and the entire used car sales staff and the service department were great. They took care of everything in a timely manner. James kept us in the loop the entire time by calling me everyday, sometimes m department were great. They took care of everything in a timely manner. The salesman was very knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions that we had about the vehicles that I was looking for. I had been to another dealership the same day, and had an experience that was n the questions that we had about the vehicles that I was looking for. My husband is overseas and chose the truck he wanted online. After test driving, waiting for the power of attorney to be emailed and my schedule with our kids the truck, to his dismay, had been sold. Not wanting to settle for something else in the lot, they found an exact twin at dealership that was close and had it brought over at no extra expense to us. I did have to leave my trade in at the lot but Doug waited outside with my daughter and I until my ride home arrived. They had asked if I needed a ride, but I have friends and family that live in the area. I have never purchased a vehicle before, only a co-sign some 15 years ago; Doug, Shannon and the financial officer (who's name escapes me at this moment) were wonderful and made the experience easy. I would recommend Checkered Flag Toyota and I'm sure my husband is showing off the twenty some pictures I sent of his new truck to everyone he works with and singing their praises for working with wait times for things being emailed, crazy schedules, and a wife that is completely in the dark about car buying. More

Great experience and friendly dealership. Shopped price on internet, this worked great and sped up the process. Waited longer than expected for the car to be cleaned.
