Rob was terrific from the start, very personable. Answered all questions, was knowledgable and not pushy. Now have to schedule a time to come back. Doug, a sales associate, helped me through the service dept/car loaner and didn't have to do so. Very nice and considerate. I found my new Toyota Tacoma using USAA's True Car software and received an immediate call from Checkered Flag Toyota about an hour later. They beat the True Car price so we drove down there to look at the truck. It was the same truck I built right down to the color choice. Alex Suarez, the sales representative, answered all my questions and concerns about the truck. I also brought in two vehicles to trade in and got a fair deal on both of them. The entire team that helped in the sale of the truck were professional and polite. I highly recommend Alex and the rest of The Checkered Flag team on any car sale from there. More
