Fraudulent Dealer TERRIBLE experience, would provide 0 stars if I could! I was lied to by my salesperson about complimentary loaner vehicles just to "close the deal"! Now (6 months later) dealership says they will not honor his promise. Buyer beware, they will scam you! Very fraudulent business practices! More

I'd say he went above and beyond for me making sure I got the best deal available for my brand new Rav4. When I thought it was good enough, he came back with an even better one! He made sure I was comfortable and always had a warm drink in my hand. My phone was dying and he even had a charger for me to use while I waited. They were extremely busy with all sorts of new customers, so instead of having me wait around, he delivered my car to my home where he continued showing me everything I needed to know. I'm so glad I chose to come here and when the time comes for a new one, I hope Jordan is still there so I can have the pleasure of doing business with him again. More
