Fantastic Service in buying a new truck Was looking to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma and had canvased the inventory of the five local Toyota dealerships looking for exactly the model I wanted Was looking to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma and had canvased the inventory of the five local Toyota dealerships looking for exactly the model I wanted and leaving my contact information. Erika Pfluger and Rob Conway contacted me few weeks later letting me know they had an allocation for a truck on the way if I was still interested. I was there the next day to go over the details, leave a deposit and we were able to work a deal that left me extremely pleased. Erika was very patient and answered a lot of my questions regarding the differences between the model changes between 2015 and 2016 and spent the afternoon taking test drives with me as I tried to decide which model to choose from even though she knew they didn't have what I wanted in stock When I left her my contact information to let me know when something would come in that I was interested in, she called me back a few weeks later to let me know she was still working on my request and that Rob Conway might be able to initiate a color change request on a model exactly to my specification. Once that was done all we needed to do was leave a small refundable deposit and then work the deal with Rob. I'm very pleased with the whole experience Very pleased with the customer service from both Erika and Rob for them both keeping my request in focus and not trying to push me into a truck that was already in the inventory that wouldn't satisfy my needs. I've been driving Toyota Trucks continuously since 1986, this new truck purchase would be my 5th Toyota so I was pretty specific in what I wanted the truck be and do.
