I can say this with experience, as I have purchased 4 vehicles previously from Hall Automotive, which over the years, without proper guidance got me to a point of negative equity that was almost unmanageable. Even down to the finance manager Michael Wood who provided me guidance on my credit information as to what, when, where, and how. This place is a one stop shop. Makes sense that it's name checkered flag...its where winners work and buy! More

Buyers remorse! I went to checkered flag knowing exactly what I wanted and in the end I purchased from another dealer. The other dealer won my business by mistakee. I went to checkered flag knowing exactly what I wanted and in the end I purchased from another dealer. The other dealer won my business by mistakee. Being a young professional, saving is saving, and I took the lower price. But to be clear, the only reason my purchase wasn't made at checkered flag was due to a mistakenly offered price differential that was offered at the other dealership. My instincts were right the first time, checkered flag was a better choice. Travis was very friendly, helpful and accomedating. I am writing this review on checkered flag because I don't think the best choice was made. I was contacted by the manager during my initial visit, after concerns were raised and even afterwards when they learned I purchased else where, I was still invited back to have my future service needs met. From one professional to another, I appreciate how I was treated. Working in sales myself that type of service (even without the sale) is rarely seen. The only call I received from the dealership I purchased from was to inquire when I was coming in to seal the deal. I felt like my business was wanted and my concerns were addressed directly at checkered flag. I love my new Toyota. But if I could go back and purchase from Travis at checkered flag instead, I would. More
