My family has three other drivers, all of whom have bought their cars from Checkered Flag Toyota/Scion, so it is perhaps unsurprising that I drove down from D.C. to buy my Scion there as well. Travis came in on his day off, Saturday, Halloween, to accommodate my hectic schedule, and called me when I got to work Monday to check in on the car's performance and any issues I may not have noticed while in the dealership. Buying a car with financing is always exhausting, but Travis stuck with us to the end and helped us through the process, on a weekend holiday during which he was not scheduled. More

Travis was polite, patient, and confident in his interaction with me. I know my cars, but his product knowledge was very useful in answering all my questions and even a few questions I had not yet thought of asking. I am a very busy man who often has a tight schedule, so I place a high value on my time. Travis projected a strong sense of urgency that was greatly appreciated by me. I'm not sure who the owner of Checkered Flag is and I probably will never communicate with him but if I did have the chance to talk to him I would let him know that Travis is definitely an asset to his dealership.
