I could go on but, decorum prevents... Having said that, I must say that I was most pleasantly surprised during my recent purchase of a vehicle at Checkered Flag. I attribute the positiveness of this transaction, in large part, to Paul Williams, my salesman. Paul was beyond helpful and displayed excellent product knowledge. Paul was also straightforward and polite, guiding me through the buying process without the "tricks" or "tactics" that I had grown to expect in the past. Even an order change didnt phase him. My purchase took several days to complete. During this period, Paul made himself available for questions and clarification of points by phone, even when on his day off. Wow! This was the single most aggravation-free vehicle purchase I have ever made. I would recommend Paul Williams to anyone. More
