Robert met us at the door and answered all of our questions. The price was on the windshield so there was no dickering. The trade-in value was based off of autotrader rates. It was reasonable and a deal was made. It was like buying a television. I knew what the price was ahead of time and there was no stress since the salesmen don't work off commission. I can now look forward to car buying. What a joyous day. I wish dealerships had adopted this practice many years ago. It would have given me so much less stress and anxiety over these many years.
