This dealership did a good job of not being pushy. They were not trying to "sell" their product of others and did not bad mouth their competition as their competition did to them. They allowed me to take the car on an overnight test drive which was nice. They were able to give us a good deal on the vehicle which is always helpful especially in these economic times. The remote and wireless headphones were missing from the car when we left with it but they are supposed to be overnighting them to us so we dont have to drive back to get them. All salespersons were friendly and easy to deal with and so far we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with this dealership. More

I was able to get dealer quotes through e-mail from several dealers. Scott's quick response to my e-mails really made the difference when choosing Checkered Flag over the others. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining all of the features. He was even willing to walk around in the rain just to find an iPod cable! I never felt pressured during the whole process. They even let me take the vehicle (2009 Santa Fe) overnight. The only thing I would suggest is making sure they let you know about the finance options as part of the discussion about the price, especially since they can affect the price. Both were equally important to me, and it surprised me when their finance guy did not know about all the options available. That is the only reason I rated the "Price" category a little lower. The price I ended up paying was still a good deal. More
