My sales professional James Zurick was just that - we were able to work a deal by email, with me in Flo I bought a used 911 Turbo S from this dealer. My sales professional James Zurick was just that - we were able to work a deal by email, with me in Florida and him in a training class in Georgia. Got a decent price for my trade-in, and did not have to bring it to New Jersey to close the deal. He was very helpful at the time of sale, taking time to explain all the car's functions. If you enjoy not having your calls returned I should have known from the first time I purchased a vehicle here. The service is great up until they cash your check and then want nothing to do with you UNTIL, it's time for your service!! Then they want everything to do with your wallet. I get it, its a business…unfortunately for Cherry Hill VW you can't make money if you treat your customers like dirt. Every time I go here I have a terrible experience. Every time I call I cannot speak with anyone, its always straight to VM, and I have YET to receive a phone call back. My car was in for service which is covered under warranty, I've never heard of a dealership keeping a car for 3 days to run a diagnostic on a check engine light. Not to mention they won't give me a loaner car, so Im out of work while they have my car sitting in their lot. Once (and whenever that is) I get my car back, I will NEVER be returning to this stealership. Horrible customer service!!! More
