I give them a two at best. There is a reason this place hasn’t received a higher rating for their Service and Repair department since 2018. The people staffed as service advisors offer no advice, to me anyway. They are prompt to quote policy. I walked in, stated my business, which was to obtain an oil change, and was told the next advisor would help me. When I got to the guy’s station, he tore off a piece of. scrap paper and gave me the number to call to schedule an oil change. So I am physically standing there but these guys don’t make appointments I guess. I called the number when I got home, and scheduled the appointment with Diane for first thing the next morning. I can only assume they gave me an oil change, there’s no way to check. I drove my car less than 1,000 miles in 14 months, so it’s not dark or used looking on the dip stick. That is where I am at with the trust level here. I’ve been taking my VW there since I bought it there 6 years ago with one exception when I tried another VW place. My oil change cost me $151.42. They told me this when I dropped off, but since it’s been over a year and less than 1,000 miles since the last oil change how was I supposed to remember how much an oil change is? I thought it was high, but what am I going to say? “No, too expensive” after I already have the appointment? There was no question on whether I was using a coupon, or some sort of discount. Probably because there isn’t a coupon or discount. They charged $64.94 for labor. The oil change “parts” were $77.07, the remaining was tax. I hope to sell my VW before ever having to go to this place again. I don’t think I’ve really ever had a good relationship with any of the advisors there. They always appear to do the basic. They aren’t rude, just indifferent. I received an email that my car was ready for pick up, the service is done and to text them 45 minutes before you pick up your car. No telephone number to text back to, so I tried what I found on the correspondence, but received nothing back. I then called and left a voicemail for the advisor, but I didn’t get a call back. When I get there to pick my car up Kevin tells me the cashier is in the next building at Porsche. He couldn’t tell me that when I dropped off? They seem to know everything but will only share a tidbit at a time, making you feel uncomfortable for not being familiar with how it works. (Earlier this year, I was scheduled for an oil change on a Saturday by one of their brilliant people answering the phones at the 800#. When I arrived, I found out they aren’t even open on Saturdays for service.) Maybe it isn’t their intention to make you feel stupid but that is how it comes off. I’m well for “supporting” the larger “Cherry Hill Imports (VW) family” except after the repeated customer service defects over the years I don’t think they are deserving of my money. I love my car, but I can’t stand getting it serviced here or at Turnersville, which is quite far from me. I don’t mind paying a premium price for a service, but there has to be some value there or some customer satisfaction component overall and there just isn’t. The best thing that happened was that the guy with the electronic clipboard who initially greeted me and got me in line for the advisor was real nice, explained there was a guy in front of me and that he would be with me momentarily, right after he got the customer ahead of me going. which he did. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. Who would guess that would be the best thing to happen? Thank goodness their bonuses aren’t tied to customer satisfaction or trust levels! More

Very Poor Customer Service and Follow Up On Past Customers We have filed a formal complaint with Porsche North America The Owner Amanda has not return any calls with myself or Porsche North America their sales We have filed a formal complaint with Porsche North America The Owner Amanda has not return any calls with myself or Porsche North America their sales were 8 cars last month Which is pathetic we do not see great things coming from this dealer ever again the General Manager is the Most disinterested manger of Brand Porsche in the USA and very condescending. The Follow threw and follow up is non-Exsiting and they offer a bad vibe just being in their showroom. I will not be ever dealing with them again More
Been buying cars from here only for over 20 yrs for a reason Mel Feldman has been my salesman for over 20 years now and has become a great friend to my family and I because he's the real deal. He knows his stuf Mel Feldman has been my salesman for over 20 years now and has become a great friend to my family and I because he's the real deal. He knows his stuff inside out and over the years he has become a great friend to my family. Always transparent and considerate of my time and needs. Mark Tamburrino is the other reason I have continued to buy my cars for my family here. Another transparent and honest experience every single time I work with Mark and I never doubt that I am getting the best deal out there on the best car out there each and every time. From sales to finance to service, this is the best place out there hands down so don't waste your time even thinking about going anywhere else. More
Damage my headliner replacing moonroof shade, won't honor I can't give a lower rating then 1, I had CHERRY HILL VW replace my moonroof sunshade as it had separated. During the entire time, I was told it was I can't give a lower rating then 1, I had CHERRY HILL VW replace my moonroof sunshade as it had separated. During the entire time, I was told it was so costly because the headliner needed to be removed in order to get the sunshade replaced. They had my car for nearly 3 days which would make sense if the headliner had to be removed. After picking up my car, I noticed greasy finger prints where the headliner would have been handled for removal, and it also was not completely re-installed near the rear brake light. I was not happy but I could clean the grease off myself. While on a trip to SC, it was cool enough for the windows to be rolled down. Immediately, the headliner separated from the foam and is drooping (this was the first time the windows had been down since getting the shade replaced). I took the car back to CHERRY HILL VW and I was told the headliner wasn't removed to replace the shade, (after being told several (many) times that it would be required). I called another VW dealership and explained the repairs. I was told by the service manager that best case, the headliner could be dropped, worst case.. it would have to be removed but it would be either one of the two. He indicated he had many years experience and had never seen a sunshade replaced without removing or dropping the headliner. Now, all of a sudden, I'm told by CHERRY HILL VW that the headliner wasn't removed and they won't honor their repairs. I wouldn't recommend going to CHERRY HILL VW for repairs, They don't back up their work and now I'm stuck with another $1K bill. More

Obtaining the permanent registration and transferring our tags would take two weeks, we were told. Over three weeks later after several calls and emails to the dealership, I learned that they couldn't find the titles to my two trade-ins. We had to piece this together on our own. I primarily interacted with the sales manager Vince, who was gruff, unempathetic and acted as if he was doing me a favor by helping me. He refused to apologize. "This isn't my job, but I am the only one working on it." When I spoke to Sheri, the title manager, she apologized profusely and also noted that she had flagged the title issue early on AND that my registration was sitting in her office while I was asking Vince where it was. The whole ordeal took nearly four weeks and were given the Thursday and Friday of Christmas week to get the car inspected. I left a message for Amanda, the sales manager of all the dealerships in the complex, to discuss my experience. That was two weeks ago she never returned my call. More
