I picked up a loaner car which I had for a week as the snowy weather delayed things. Loaner was essentially a newer model of my car. All the repairs were done professionally without a problem and covered under the lease warranty. It had snowed the day before and my service Advisor gave me a coupon to get the exterior washed after the snow had melted which I thought was a nice touch. Highly recommended with excellent service advisor. More
