Gavin was the first salesperson to not only immediately understand that we wanted to buy online and have a used truck delivered, but was also the first salesperson to have actually read the BDC notes. That alone saved a fair bit of time as I didn’t have to explain everything twice. Gavin was awesome. He stayed in constant communication, gave us a great vehicle tour via FaceTime (he crawled under the truck and scooted on his back from one side to the other!) and was open, fair, and honest during negotiations.
