Short version: bought a warranty at time of purchase of car from another Chevy dealership and didn’t realize repairs had to be completed at that dealership to have a claim started. Stan helped me troubleshoot possible solutions as I was considering having car towed to other dealership, which was not preferable. In the end all was resolved, car fixed quickly at Chevrolet of Everett and I couldn’t be happier! More
