Kane never once rushed me, interrupted me, pressured me, or made me feel like I was being difficult for wanting to take my time. He simply gave me the space I needed to go through every single item on my list, answered my questions honestly, pulled up the paperwork and service information I requested, and was completely supportive when I told him I wanted to have the vehicle independently inspected. That meant so much to me. What stood out most was that I never felt like Kane was simply trying to sell me a car. I felt like he genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable and confident about the decision I was making. His patience, warmth, kindness, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience feel peaceful and exciting instead.
